Mat

 

Mat Traditional 

Traditional Pilates mat class which use your own body as resistance and great for beginners. In these classes you will learn the fundamentals of the Pilates technique and focus on core strength whilst increasing spinal flexibility and mobility. 

 

Mat/Apparatus

Similar to the traditional Pilates mat class, however also use various Pilates apparatus to provide a full body work out. The use of tools (such as magic circles, rollers, Thera-Bands, etc.) allows for a more advanced work out. 

 

Our mat classes are all 55 minute classes and have a maximum of 4 per class.

Mat Classes

Reformer

 

Using Pilates Reformer Machines, these classes offer a deep, full body workout through the added resistance of the springs and pulleys which form part of the reformer machines. Our Reformer classes combine classic and custom routines which incorporate the allied Exo Chair. Recommended for those with basic Pilates knowledge after completing mat classes. In these classes we develop and enhance strength, core stability and flexibility. 55 minute class. Maximum of 5 per class.

Semi-Private Classes


If you're looking for a little closer attention but don't want to commit to a private class, or want to workout with a partner, our semi-private classes are for you! In our semi-private classes we work through customised routines to help you achieve your goals. 2 clients per class.

For those looking for a completely tailored workout, private classes are for you. Popular with clients looking to improve strength in a particular area (due to injury etc,) our private classes are the best option to see rapid improvement and changes to your body. Depending on your needs, we use a range of specialised Pilates equipment to reach your goals. Contact us for more information.
